I’m speaking at Microsoft Ignite The Tour – Stockholm

Howdy!

I just wanted to share that I will have the pleasure of speaking at Microsoft Ignite The Tour in Stockholm/Sweden.

The event is taking place on the days 24th and 25th of April at Stockolmsmassan.

I will be speaking about Azure SQL Database and all the cool features around the platform that you can take advantage off. If you are planning to attend the event and have any curiosities around Azure SQL DB, I really recommend you to be there.

Working smarter, not harder with Azure SQL Database

Azure SQL DB brings a lot of benefits for new and existing workloads. In this session we are going to explore the various aspects of an Azure SQL DB. How we can have a self managed, high available and high performing Database. Properly monitoring is also an important part of the job and we will cover several aspects of monitoring an Azure SQL DB. After this session you will feel comfortable in moving your workload to the cloud.

Ich werde sprechen an SQL Saturday Munich 2018

Guten Morgen zusammen!

Die zeit zur minem nächsten session ist gekommen!

It is a mixed feeling of excitement and being nervous at the same time!

This weekend I will be, along with my friend and also Data Platform MVP Fabiano Amorin, delivering a session at SQL Saturday 772 in Munich/Germany.

Together with him, we will deliver the following session: Stop Everything! T-SQL tips to make a developer life easier!

We promise it will one hour of really cool demos and also some surprises for you! I guess you will like what you are going to see.

Off course I want you guys in our session, but as Fabiano is coming from Brazil for the event, he is also going to deliver a second session called: 13 reasons why my query is slow, which I will be certainly checking it out, and you should do the same.

Other than that, you have at least other 25 sessions that you can choose to watch, there is something to please everyone. Ah! I should say that you have to register yourself ASAP, as open seats are running out very fast.

I will be the whole day in the konferenz, and I’d love to talk with you! Make sure to stop by.

I’m speaking at SQL Saturday Lviv 2018

 Hello Everyone!

In the end of this month, I will be in Lviv, Ukraine for the SQL Saturday 753 or SQL Saturday Lviv!

There will be 18 sessions with a variety of topics for you to choose 🙂 If you live in Lviv or nearby you should definetely check it out.

Honestly, I am really excited to be in Lviv, I never expected that one day I would be in Ukraine and also going there for speaking, it is a double excitement!

I will be speaking about some 10 alerts that you shoul have it running in your SQL Server. It is a very interesting topic in those days where everything is “automated”, right? If you are attending the event, make sure to join me at 12:50PM for the session: 10 alerts that you should have it running in your SQL Server.

I’m speaking at SQL Saturday Gothenburg 2018

 Hello Everyone!

Next weekend on 15th of September, I will be in Gothenburg for the SQL Saturday 775 or SQL Saturday Gothenburg!

My Lightining Talk at SQL Saturday Vienna 2018

I just wanted to share that I will be presenting a Lightining Talk at SQL Saturday 679 in Vienna, Austria. I will have 10 minutes to present the following session.

Also, if you are a DBA, I would say that you really should be attending my Lightining Talk, because the commands that I am gonna show you will save your life.. or at least make it easier.

24 Horas de PASS– Edição em Português

Olá pessoal,

Nos próximos dias 29 e 30 de Novembro teremos mais uma edição do 24 Horas de PASS – Edição em Português. O evento já é bastante conhecido da comunidade técnica Microsoft de Data Platform.

Como todos sabem o evento é 100% gratuito e online, então sem desculpas para não participar. Nessa edição terei o prazer de realizar uma apresentação sobre Power BI Report Server e falar um pouco mais sobre esse modelo de Power BI e como sua organização pode também obter. No dia 09 de novembro aconteceu o Microsoft 365 Day e depois de uma análise no Big Data do evento, podemos concluir: O Microsoft 365 Day foi incrível!

Foram 29 sessões, 1000+ inscritos e 500+ pessoas que passaram pelo evento online. Divido em três trilhas: Produtividade, Segurança e Business tivemos a presença média de 100 pessoas por sessão.

SQL Saturday 689 – Prague – Scripts and Slides
